Join Karen McPhillips from Salt & Sand Studios at Inklings for LITTLE ONE & ME YOGA on Tuesday, April 23rd at 9:30am! Karen will start by reading Yoga Bunny.
Continue the fun of Inklings Tuesday storytime with your child at LITTLE ONE & ME YOGA.
This gentle and fun class is designed specifically for a parent or caregiver and their children, ages 18 months to 4 years. Older children are welcome too!
Poses like butterfly, downward dog, tree, forest, bug, cat, cow and lion will bring smiles and creativity.
Promoting balance, coordination, motor skills and mindfulness, we will introduce and/or reinforce mechanisms for movement, independence and stress relief.
And of course … some giggles too.
Investment: $20/2 ppl (one adult, one child)

Karen McPhillips is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and continuing education instructor (Yoga Alliance) with >20 years
of yoga practice and 15 years’ experience sharing her passion for yoga, mindfulness, meditation and yoga teachings with little ones.
Her classes blend strong foundational knowledge and safety with a free spirit and ready laughter for an experience that is
fulfilling, comprehensive and fun.
She co-owns Salt & Sand Studios in Warren, VT, where she and her glass blower/glass teacher, Spencer-Kirk Jackson share their passions with
children, families and adults of all ages. Public, private group and individual yoga/meditation/Dharma classes available.

Mother's Day at Inklings Books
EXCLUSIVE ONE DAY ONLY! Wednesday May 8th at 3pm
This class will allow children to create images in glass. Using a 4" x 4" template create your own gift for Mother's Day.
Inklings is hosting this class in their bookstore in Waitsfield.

- 1 hour experience.
- Pieces will be ready for pickup in two days.

Make a one of a kind gift for mum, or bring your mum to have a unique Mother's Day experience.
Each participant gets to make one heart shaped paperweight or two glass flowers. Guided by our glass blowing teacher, you will learn to add color to glass, shape and create your own unique gifts.
